Super Visa
Canadian Permanent residents and Citizens who wish to invite their parents to Canada on a long-term basis can do so if they do not qualify to apply for their parent’s permanent residence.
Super Visa allows citizens
If you wish to sponsor your Parents and Grandparents to live with you in Canada consecutively for 2 years on a super visa
- You must a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident.
- Have minimum necessary income in the last year, this income can include your spouses’ income
- Your parents/ Grand parents have proof that they have a medical insurance for a minimum of 1 year and at least CAD $100,000 from the date of entry into Canada
- Your parents/ Grand parents have proof that they have a medical insurance for a minimum of 1 year and at least CAD $100,000 from the date of entry into Canada
To apply for super visa for your parents you must depict that you have the minimum necessary income identified in the Low income Cut off (LICO) Table
