Federal Skilled Worker

To be eligible for Express Entry under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Category, the applicant must have a minimum of 1 year continuous full – time experience in a NOC 0, A or B in the last 10 years.

The candidates need to be eligible for FSW to be eligible for Express Entry.

To be eligible under the Federal Skilled Worker program, the applicant must secure 67 points out of 100 in the selection factor point grid.

To be eligible under the Federal Skilled Worker Program you must secure a minimum of CLB 7 in all language abilities

You must also provide proof that you have the necessary funds to support you and your family based on the family size. This is not a requirement if you are working legally in Canada

Education – To claim points under the FSW category, any foreign education must be evaluated by a Canadian designated body authorized by IRCC to evaluate foreign credentials.
